This team was founded on the 16th May 1999. It originated from Leeds RUFC Colts, where the team split up at the end of the season because several of the players were going to university outside of Leeds and there would not have been enough players for a full rugby team. Below is a picture of the original Leeds RUFC team in the blue and yellow colours.

After the season had finished I had decided to start a football team as I had wanted to play football for a team but had not had the opportunity. The team is called FC Euphoria becuase it means a sense of well being and that is what we have at the club.
